17 task: NAS 수신부(1-2) → Windows worker(3-10) → NAS cutover(11-14) →
nginx 차단 + end-to-end 검증(15-17).
박재오 결정: 모든 Suno + MusicGen 일괄 이전 (Plan-B-Insta 패턴 + sync forward 추가).
