feat(redesign): TopNav 다크 라우트 분기 제거 → 단일 라이트 네비

Browse Source 
DARK_ROUTES/isDark 및 다크 팔레트 삼항 전량 제거.
전 라우트 동일 라이트 셸 (스크롤 시 surface+line+shadow).
