feat(monster): 몬스터 모델·인스턴스 공용 빌더 lib + 단위테스트
buildMonsterModel(.model 골격 복제·외형/EnemyId 베이크·AI-free) +
buildMonsterInstance(맵 엔티티) + modelEntryId. fs 접근 없는 순수 함수.
