insta-agent Implementation Plan

For agentic workers: REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use superpowers:subagent-driven-development (recommended) or superpowers:executing-plans to implement this plan task-by-task. Steps use checkbox (- [ ]) syntax for tracking.

Goal: Replace blog-lab with insta-lab — a service that monitors news, extracts trending keywords, generates 10-page Instagram card slates (1080×1350 PNGs), and pushes them to Telegram for manual upload to Instagram. Replace BlogAgent with InstaAgent in agent-office.

Architecture: New FastAPI container insta-lab (port 18700, reusing blog-lab's slot) hosts the news/keyword/copy/render pipeline backed by SQLite (insta.db, 6 tables). Cards are rendered with Jinja2 + Playwright headless Chromium. Agent-office's new InstaAgent schedules the daily 09:30 collection, pushes Telegram inline keyword buttons, and handles render_<keyword_id> callbacks → calls insta-lab → sends 10 PNGs as a Telegram media group. blog-lab directory + DB are deleted (clean slate, no migration).

Tech Stack: Python 3.12, FastAPI 0.115, SQLite, httpx, anthropic 0.52, Jinja2, Playwright (chromium), pytest, Docker Compose, nginx.

Conventions

  • All commits use git commit -m "<msg>" from the repo root. Never --no-verify.
  • Python: 4-space indent, no trailing whitespace, snake_case.
  • Async functions everywhere a network/IO call exists.
  • Tests live in <service>/tests/test_<module>.py. Run with pytest <path> -v.
  • The repo root in commands below is C:\Users\jaeoh\Desktop\workspace\web-backend (Windows). Use forward slashes inside git/pytest commands.

Task 0: Branch + Plan acknowledgment
