docs(agent-office): 3x3 grid redesign design spec
Replace pixel-office canvas with 3x3 agent image grid.
- 5 active agents (stock/music/insta/realestate/lotto) + 4 placeholders
- Drop blog from AGENT_META, insta replaces it
- New assets dir: src/pages/agent-office/assets/agents/
- Remove canvas/ dir + useOfficeCanvas + office-map.json
- Keep useAgentManager (WebSocket) + 4-tab SidePanel
