- realestate-lab: 테스트 셋업 → 스키마 마이그 → 신규 함수 → collector/matcher → profile API → notifier → 흐름 통합
- agent-office: 텔레그램 fmt → on_new_matches + endpoint → cron 폐기 + 콜백 라우팅
- 마지막: docker-compose 환경변수 + 회귀 검증
